Vladislav Surkov

Vladislav Surkov, born on September 21, 1964, in Lipetsk Oblast, is a Russian politician and businessperson. He holds citizenship in both the Soviet Union and Russia. Surkov attended the International University in Moscow for his education.

Surkov is also known by the pseudonym "Natan Dubowizki". Throughout his career, he has received various awards such as the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation, Order of Merit for the Fatherland (3rd class), Stolypin Medal (2nd class), Order of Honor, and the Order of Alexander Nevsky.
