Victor Orlovski

Victor Orlovski is Managing Partner and Founder of Fort Ross Ventures, bringing more than 20 years of international finance and banking experience. His aim is to bridge and navigate Silicon Valley founders growing their businesses in the U.S., Israel and Eastern Europe.

Prior to Fort Ross, Orlovski led the digital transformation of Sberbank – Russia’s largest corporation and currently one of the top 20 banks worldwide. Under his charge, the company created the banking industry’s most impressive pool of tech talent that included more than ten thousand engineers. Today Sberbank has expanded into digital areas including E-commerce, digital advertising, digital health and more, likening it to Amazon and Alibaba.

Orlovski helps develop sales channels for US startups through an extensive network across Russia’s largest commercial organizations, including Sberbank and other large telco and retail corporations. His relationships also help connect US companies to the best engineers, data scientists and mathematicians in Russia.

Fort Ross currently has $345M under management, with offices in Menlo Park, Tel-Aviv, and Moscow.
