Professional football club "Titan" Donetsk did not comply with the resolution of the XVIII Conference of the Professional Football League of Ukraine and the Central Rada of the Professional Football League of Ukraine dated 07.07.2009 No. 16 on payment of the guarantee part of the application fee for participation in the competitions of the 2009/10 season. According to this, by the decree of the Central Rada of the PFL of Ukraine, the team was withdrawn from the 2009/10 season competitions, and the club was excluded from the Professional Football League.
Football club "Titan" Donetsk applied for participation in the regional championship from the third round. The first match in the Donetsk region championship "Titan" lost on its own field to "Orbis" from Makeyevka — 1:3.
