Shaun Tan

Shaun Tan is an Australian writer, illustrator, film director, animator, comics artist, novelist, and filmmaker. Born on January 1, 1974, in Fremantle, Australia, Tan holds citizenship in the country.

Tan received his education from Balcatta Senior High School and later attended the University of Western Australia. He is known for his notable works such as "The Lost Thing" and "The Arrival" (graphic novel).
