Yevhen Kulyk and Dmytro Haiduk graduated from Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava National Technical University, where they created Sen-Trope as a KVN team. In February 2014, at the final of the Poltava KVN League, they shot the video for "Stasi", thanks to which they won the final. On February 26, 2014, they posted a video on YouTube that quickly went viral.
On October 8, 2016, Sen-Trope with the song "In the Village" were selected for the training camp of the seventh "X-Factor" , but on October 22 they left the project. Nevertheless, Eugene and Dmitry stated that participation in the "X-Factor" is "the coolest thing that happened to the group" .
For 3 years in a row, the band won the Grand Prix at the Student Republic Music Live Awards sub-festival.
In 2017, Sen-Trope released a parody of the ONUKA music video for Vidlik.
