Scoopy Trooples is a reknown Ethereum and DeFi educator/shitposter/influencer on twitter, and who also happens to be the co-founder of the DeFi protocol, Alchemix. After becoming fascinated by Ethereum and smart contracts in late 2017, Scoopy dived head first into web development with aims of getting involved in making dApps. After developing his skills and finding work as a web2 dev, Scoopy teamed up with Alchemix CTO and Co-Founder, 0xDerivadev, to help build Alchemix. Alchemix is a self-repaying lending protocol that routes the deposited collateral of users to Yearn vaults, where their earned yield is automatically used to repay their loans. This effectively acts as an advance on a user’s future yield over time, providing users with a way to deploy their assets in a more capital efficient manner. The Alchemix Protocol is governed by the ALCX governance token.
