Sarah Waters

Sarah Waters (born July 21, 1966) is a British novelist and writer. She was born in Neyland, United Kingdom. Waters is best known for her works in the genre of historical fiction. One of her notable works is "The Paying Guests".

Waters received her education from various institutions in the UK, including Milford Haven School, University of Kent, Lancaster University, and Queen Mary University of London.
