Rick Wakeman

Rick Wakeman (born 18 May 1949) is a British composer, musician, keyboardist, songwriter, pianist, radio personality, session musician, television presenter, and film score composer from Perivale, United Kingdom. He is known for his talent in various genres of music, including progressive rock, ambient music, hard rock, Christian music, and classical music.

Wakeman was educated at Drayton Manor High School and the Royal College of Music. He has two sons, Oliver Wakeman and Adam Wakeman, both of whom are also musicians.
