Poltava-Bank Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) was registered on October 16, 1991 by the Executive Committee of the Poltava City Council (extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs Series AB № 601173) Poltava-Bank Joint-Stock Company was established and operates in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking Activity", "On Joint-Stock Companies", "On Securities and Stock Market" and other acts of the current legislation of Ukraine. The Bank is the legal successor of Poltava Joint-Stock Bank Poltava-Bank, established as an open joint-stock company, the legal successor of Poltava Commercial Bank Poltava-Bank, registered with the State Bank of the USSR on March 22, 1990, registration number 259 1991 at number 37.
