Partners at Venture invested in small to medium enterprises operating in the sectors of communication and information technology, life sciences and environmental technology until 2018. The capital is supplied in the form of minority interests, which enables Partners at Venture to enjoy the status of director and therefore make an active contribution to the development of SMEs in which it has a stake.

Partners at Venture is a Belgian investment company established in 1997. The company has been dedicated to the shipping industry since 2018. Partners at Venture invests (through special purpose vehicles) in tankers, bulk carriers and container vessels as well as in publicly traded shipping companies. Partners at Venture is managed by Info-B, whose CEO Luc Synaeghel is a former merchant navy officer and an experienced private equity investor.
