Oleg Tabakov

Oleg Pavlovich Tabakov was a Russian actor, theatre director, theatrical producer, film producer, and teacher, born on August 17, 1935 in Saratov. He held citizenship in both the Soviet Union and Russia. Tabakov was educated at the Moscow Art Theater School and the Moscow Art Theatre.

Over his career, Tabakov received numerous awards and honors, including People's Artist of the Russian Federation, USSR State Prize, State Prize of the Russian Federation, and several classes of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland". He was also recognized with the Order of Friendship, Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation, and an Honorary Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation.

Oleg Tabakov was married to Marina Zudina and passed away on March 12, 2018 in Moscow.
