OMS360, an oral and maxillofacial surgery support organization, has announced a strategic expansion into Pennsylvania through a partnership with Pittsburgh Oral Surgery. This collaboration extends OMS360's network to eight states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Pittsburgh Oral Surgery operates four locations in Shadyside.
In conjunction with this partnership, OMS360 has secured a growth recapitalization transaction featuring a new credit facility provided by TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners. The financing package includes a revolving credit facility and a delayed draw term loan, aimed at enhancing OMS360's capital structure and supporting its continued growth initiatives. The funds will be utilized to pursue new partnerships with leading oral surgery practices and to invest in systems and personnel, thereby supporting OMS360's mission to deliver high-quality care and increase patient access.
