Morris Louis

Morris Louis was an American painter born on November 28, 1912, in Baltimore. He was a citizen of the United States and studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Louis primarily worked in the genre of abstract art and had his notable work displayed in the Museum of Modern Art.

Throughout his career, Morris Louis was primarily recognized as a painter. Unfortunately, he passed away in Washington, D.C. on September 7, 1962, at the age of 49.
