Mohanlal

Mohanlal (born May 21, 1960) is an Indian actor, film producer, businessperson, and playback singer. He was born in Elanthoor, India and has Indian citizenship.

Mohanlal studied at Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School and Mahatma Gandhi College. He is the founder of Maxlab Cinemas and Entertainments, a production and distribution company. Mohanlal has a child named Pranav Mohanlal.

Throughout his career, Mohanlal has received numerous awards including Ananda Vikatan Cinema Awards, Asianet Film Awards, Asiavision Awards, Awards of the International Indian Film Academy, Filmfare Awards South, Kerala Film Critics Association Awards, Kerala State Film Awards, Nandi Awards, National Film Awards, Screen Awards, South Indian International Movie Awards, and Vanitha Film Awards.
