Michael Chaplin (writer)

Michael Chaplin (born 1951) is a British screenwriter and television producer. He was born in County Durham, United Kingdom, and holds a British citizenship. He is the son of legendary actor and filmmaker Charlie Chaplin and Charles Spencer Chaplin. Michael Chaplin is also the father of actress Carmen Chaplin.

Michael received his education at Magdalene College, Cambridge. Throughout his career, he has written and produced various television programs, contributing significantly to the entertainment industry as a screenwriter and television producer.
