Mark Lipscomb

Mark is an IT industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. In his role, Mark is responsible for ensuring client success post-deployment of company solutions and services and will maintain close customer communications, proactively supporting new installations, and overseeing incident management. Prior to Atmosera, Mark served as director ofoperations for Pavelcomm where he led the technical account management team, developed client facing dashboards and reporting tools to enhance client satisfaction. Before Pavelcomm, Mark was the manager of network operations for RKON Technologies and also held the position of IT infrastructure manager for ClearEdge Power. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Management and Business Information Systems.
