Margaret Forster

Margaret Forster (1938-2016) was a versatile writer and accomplished professional in various literary fields, with experience as a journalist, novelist, screenwriter, writer, and historian. She was born in Carlisle, Cumbria and held citizenship in the United Kingdom and England. Forster completed her education at Somerville College, Oxford. Among her notable works was the book 'Diary of an Ordinary Woman'. She was the mother of Caitlin Davies, who is also a child of Forster. Margaret Forster passed away in London on February 8, 2016.
