Born March 24, 1981 in Hrazdan.2002 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University.2004 - Master’s Degree of the department of political science of the same Faculty. Master of Political Science.2011 - 2015 - Applicant of the same Faculty. Candidate of Political Sciences.2016 - Participated in the training courses “European Law” (University in Germany). Participated in the programs implemented by the NGOs “Armenian CIVITAS,” “The Future is Yours,” “Man in Need,” “Bridge of Hope,” “Education without Borders” and the programs implemented by the Armenian offices of the UNDP and USAID organizations.2002 - 2003 - Specialist of the Division of Cadastre of Hrazdan Municipality.
