Kelly Allison

Kelly Allison has 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She joined New American Funding in November 2016. She currently serves as Divisional Senior Vice President, Southeast.

During her two decades in the industry, Kelly and her team have had the honor of leading more than 113,400 families to homeownership. Together, they have created a remarkable culture, based on customer service, innovation, and collaboration, that centers around showing customers how much they are valued. Kelly believes that you have to inspect what you expect. The Southeast division, under Kelly’s leadership, has maintained a minimum 98% customer service rating of 5 stars; creating proof that a small group of people with the same passion and vision truly can make a difference.

Kelly believes in surrounding herself with like-minded individuals that have her same drive, heart, and passion for homeownership. Kelly is driven by her mission and vision to improve communities through homeownership. For her, knowing the impact that homeownership has on children, families, and their communities is what stokes her passion for the mortgage industry. It is what drives her fanatical belief in providing the highest level of customer service to all clients. Kelly feels that we are all here to serve and that there is no greater honor than serving families in the purchase of their new home.
