Karting is a subspecies of motorsport, kart racing is the simplest racing car without a body. It is believed that karting was invented by military pilots in the United States after World War II. They arranged races on the airfield, on trolleys for transporting aerial bombs. Karting is also the only kind of motorsport for children.Karting became the second type of motorsport after Formula 1, according to which the World Championship began to be held. The speed of a kart depends primarily on its class. Karts of the highest class of Superkarts can accelerate to a speed of 260 km/h. The highest recorded speed card is 407 km/h.
