Karl von Frisch

Karl von Frisch was born on November 20, 1886, in Vienna, Austria. He was educated at the University of Vienna and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Von Frisch's father was Anton von Frisch.

Von Frisch's occupation was a beekeeper and he became well-known in Austria. In 1973, he received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Karl von Frisch died on June 12, 1982, in Munich, Germany.
