Julie Payette

Julie Payette (born October 20, 1963) is a Canadian engineer, politician, and astronaut. She holds citizenship in Canada and is a person.

Payette is a well-educated individual, having studied at McGill University, Atlantic College, and the University of Toronto. Throughout her career, she has earned various awards and recognition, including the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, Canadian Forces Decoration, NASA Space Flight Medal, NASA Exceptional Service Medal, Order of Canada, and Order of Military Merit (Canada).
