John Fernandez

John has 20+ years leading finance organizations. He has spent his career working with high-growth software companies; ranging in size from start-ups to large public companies. John has overseen FP&A, Accounting, Legal, HR, Recruiting, Sales Operations, Facilities, and IT functions. He has done extensive work in the area of capital raising, both debt and equity, and has successfully completed and integrated multiple transactions in software M&A. His prior employers include Rearden Commerce, Siebel Systems, and UBS Financial Services. John has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
