John Balance

John Balance (1962-2004) was an English musician, composer, poet, singer and songwriter born in Nottinghamshire. He was a founder of the experimental music group Coil and worked in various genres, including ambient, electronic music, industrial music, and acid house.

Balance used different pseudonyms throughout his career in the music industry, including Jhon Balance, Jhonn Balance, and John Balance. His birth name was Geoffrey Laurence Burton. John Balance was part of the music industry as a musician, songwriter, and composer.

In addition to his work with Coil, John Balance was also involved in the music, singer, and poetry sectors. He passed away on November 13, 2004, in Weston-super-Mare.
