Jiddu Krishnamurti

Jiddu Krishnamurti (12 May 1895 – 17 February 1986) was a philosopher, writer, and speaker born in Madanapalle, British Raj (now India). He held British Raj, Indian, and stateless citizenship during his lifetime . Krishnamurti is known for his philosophical and spiritual writings and discourses, which addressed topics related to human consciousness, the nature of mind, and the psychological process of thinking.

Annie Besant, a prominent British Theosophist and social activist, played a significant role in Krishnamurti's life as she mentored and nurtured him as a young spiritual prodigy. Over the years, Krishnamurti's work has been influential in shaping public discourse on spirituality and human psychology.

Krishnamurti passed away on 17 February 1986 in Ojai, California. Some of his notable works include "The Ending of Time" and "The Limits of Thought: Discussions with Jiddu Krishnamurti".
