Environmental protection for Minudobreniya JSC is one of the important prerequisites for the successful operation of the enterprise and an important part of daily work. The staff of JSC "Minudobreniya" considers it important to adhere to the strategy of preserving the ecological environment at the same time as solving numerous production problems. Leaders of all levels take a consistent principled position in matters of environmental policy.
The main principles of our work:
- compliance with the requirements of federal, regional and local legislation regulating the activities of the enterprise in the field of environmental protection;
- introduction of modern technologies, equipment and materials, leading to a reduction in the specific consumption of natural resources, specific emissions, discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste;
– environmental support of investment and construction projects at all stages of their implementation, incl. development of environmental documentation for both newly built and reconstructed facilities, production of new types of products;
– monitoring of the environment in the area where the enterprise is located;
– involvement of each employee of the enterprise in the process of environmental quality management, continuous training and motivation of employees. Joint-Stock Company is one of the largest chemical enterprises in Russia. It is the only producer of mineral fertilizers in the Central Chernozem region. The company's products are supplied to more than 40 countries around the world. Minudobreniya JSC today is one of the largest enterprises in the region. The first products of the Pridonsk Chemical Plant were obtained in September 1979.
Today, JSC "Minudobreniya" operates two ammonia production units, two weak nitric acid units, an ammonium nitrate unit, two units for the production of complex nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers and a chalk drying unit. The main types of products: liquid technical ammonia, ammonium nitrate, nitroammophoska, nitric acid, calcium carbonate, technological chalk. In order to strengthen the market position of the enterprise, over the past fifteen years, a phased reconstruction of production has been carried out at Minudobreniya JSC. Its main goal is to upgrade equipment, introduce new technologies that help reduce energy and raw material costs and at the same time increase the environmental safety of the units.
The modernized capacities of the enterprise make it possible to produce about 1.2 million tons of ammonia per year, more than 550 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate, over 1.2 million tons of nitroammophoska, more than 850 thousand tons of non-concentrated nitric acid, up to 200 thousand tons of technological chalk. The company's products are a permanent winner of the All-Russian competition "100 Best Goods of Russia", with the right to use the sign "100 Best Goods of Russia".
Testing of finished products is carried out by the testing laboratory of the centralized technical control department (unique number of the accreditation record in the register of accredited persons RA.RU.22XI31);
Analytical measurements for the implementation of industrial eco-analytical and sanitary-hygienic control, provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the course of the economic activity of the enterprise, are carried out by the testing laboratory of the environmental protection department (unique number of the accreditation record in the register of accredited persons RA.RU.515009);
Verification of measuring instruments is carried out by the metrology laboratory (unique number of the accreditation record in the register of accredited persons RA.RU.311730).
Minudobreniya JSC has implemented and certified an integrated management system that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004. The main principles of activity are determined by the “Policy in the field of quality and ecology of Minudobreniya JSC”, as well as the requirements of relevant international standards.
