Isaac Rice (February 22, 1850 – November 2, 1915) was an American lawyer, financier, writer, businessperson, and musicologist. Rice was born in Wachenheim, Germany, and held citizenship in the United States. He was educated at Columbia Law School.

Rice was the founder of General Dynamics Electric Boat, a major defense industry contractor. He passed away in New York City on November 2, 1915.
