Isaac Alfa is a politician in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He was an Air Marshal referred to as “Air Warrior” in the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) circles. He was born on the 15th of September 1950 at Inye, in Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State. Alfa was enlisted in the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of Regular Combatant Course 6.
In 1971, he was commissioned second lieutenant and rose through the officer ranks to the rank of Air Marshal in 1999. Air Marshal Alfa was appointed CAS in 1999, and he retired in 2001. He was a governship aspirant of Kogi State in 2002.
Alfa attended Iboe Mission Primary School in Inye from 1956-1960, Qua Iboe Mission Primary School in Ankpa from 1960-1961, Ochaja Secondary School in Kogi from 1962-1966, Kaduna Polytechnic from 1967-1969, and the Nigerian Defence Academy from 1969-1970.
