Fiinu is a financial technology company offering the Plugin Overdraft, which is slated for availability on a mobile application. Users apply and link it to their personal United Kingdom bank account that receives their income (wages, salary, or credits). Following approval, they receive a continuous credit line.

Users do not need to switch banks, since the platform connects to their existing bank account through open banking. Interest is paid for the days it is used, and users can borrow between £50 and £1,500. They can enable automated repayments to pay off their Plugin Overdraft.

After registering their mobile number, users get a one-time password to create a PIN for subsequent logins. After connecting their account, they are required to check their eligibility and use the cost calculator to get an overdraft estimate. Users can also give consent for their data to be accessed via open banking to get an indication of how much they can borrow.
