Dima Smely (real name Dmitry Smilyanets) is the former owner of the Russian organization Moscow Five. In 2012, he was arrested in the Netherlands at the request of the FBI. Smoly and his accomplices were accused of hacking more than 15 companies and stealing data from more than 160 million credit cards. The damage from the actions of the US authorities was estimated at $312 million.
