For become a web dev in several months so fast and so far u need:

Study every day, min 4-6 hourse's. And u need to start from basic Web Developing Things, after basic moments u will start to learn HTML.

HTML

After HTML u need to start learn CSS, it will be u'r second learning step. In order to study the previous steps, you need no more than a month.

CSS

And after those steps u will start to learn hard JS (JavaScript). But this step can take more time than u'll introduce.

JS

Good job, u might a web developer and last of step u need to choice framework to work. It'll be Vue.js or Angular or React. But my recommendation try to learn React.
