CanopyVentures is a Boulder, Colorado based venture capital firm. They are a subsidiary of CanopyBoulder. They prefer to invest at the post-seed and Series A level in companies generating around $50,000 to $80,000 revenue, for revenue driven companies, or to have an operational proof of concept for technology concept focused companies. They invest between $250,000 to $2 million.

They invest in machine learning, supply chain technology, data and analytics, marketplace, retail technology, payment solutions, agricultural technology and platforms in the legal cannabis business.

In January 2018, CanopyVentures raised $50 million for their initial fund, Canopy Ventures I. They have invested in BDS Analytics and PathogenDX.
