Brian Helgeland

Brian Helgeland (born January 17, 1961) is a screenwriter, film producer, film director, and writer from the United States. He is known for directing films such as "Payback: Straight Up", "A Knight's Tale", "Payback", and "42" (film).

Brian was born in Providence, Rhode Island and completed his education at Loyola Marymount University, the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and New Bedford High School. His career as a filmmaker has seen him involved in various capacities such as screenwriter, film producer, film director, and writer.
