Cleanliness is our top priority.
Bar production starts with dressing rooms and shower rooms. Before entering the workshop, each employee changes into work clothes, spare shoes, a dressing gown and a special cap. This guarantees cleanliness in the room. When working directly on the conveyor, disposable gloves are mandatory, only they cost more than 40 thousand rubles a month. At the end of each shift, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned.
Quality of raw materials, cleaning and control of suppliers.
In the production, only high-quality raw materials from foreign manufacturers are used. In the photo you can see Swiss protein of the highest quality. Two types of protein are used: whey and milk. Before reaching the conveyor, each bag is opened and the raw material undergoes additional cleaning to ensure its purity. The ingress of dust and dirt on the production line is excluded by special curtains for industrial premises.
All suppliers are registered and pass the necessary certification. In case of non-compliance of products with the declared quality, we do not allow their raw materials to be produced and stop cooperating with an unscrupulous supplier.
Production line
The entire conveyor is automated, and only at the stages of packaging and rejection do people manually remove the ugliest loaves in order to reduce the number of defects to the very minimum. After packaging, each showbox is weighed on accurate scales to ensure that everyone receives the declared amount of products.
