Bill Liao (born William Fu Wei Liao, 1967) is an Australian entrepreneur. He is a venture partner with SOSV and recognised as one of the Top 100 minority ethnic leaders in technology by the Financial Times.
Liao is a social media pioneer, author and speaker.
He regularly attends TED conferences, as well as the "New Champions" conference of the World Economic Forum.
He was appointed Special Diplomatic Representative of Saint Kitts and Nevis for Sustainable Development and the Environment. He contributed to the Sugar cane Restoration Fund in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
