Anatoly Mikhailovich Karachinsky (born July 12, 1959 in Moscow ) is a Russian top manager and entrepreneur, president of the IBS Group [1] , public figure, member of the Innovative Development subgroup of the working group on the formation of the Open Government system in Russia [2] , board member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs [3 ] .
In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Railway Transport Engineers (today the Russian University of Transport), computer course, Faculty of Technical Cybernetics, specialty - systems engineer[ source not specified 413 days ] [4] .
Career:
• in 1981 - 1986 - worked in the computer center at the All-Union Research Institute of Railway Transport .
• In 1986 - 1988 - director of the Austrian company Prosystem.
• In 1988 - 1992 - technical director of the joint venture Intermikro.
• In 1992 - 1997 - President of IBS.
• Since 1997 - President of IBS Group .
Anatoly Karachinsky participated in the creation of the International Children's Computer Club, and is currently a member of its board. In addition, he is a board member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs , a member of the "Innovative Development" subgroup of the working group on the formation of the " Open Government " system in Russia, the International Computer Club, "Club 2012" [1] [5] .
