Allan Borodin

Allan Borodin is a Canadian computer scientist born in 1941 in Canada. He holds citizenship in Canada and is primarily known for his occupation as a computer scientist. Borodin received his education from prestigious institutions such as Cornell University, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Juris Hartmanis served as Borodin's doctoral advisor during his time at Cornell University. Allan Borodin has not only been a successful computer scientist but also played a role in educating several doctoral students. Among them are David G. Kirkpatrick, Spyros Angelopoulos, and Hyun Lee.
