Alexey Durnev (born July 31, 1986, Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian TV presenter, producer and showman.
Alexey Durnev was born on July 31, 1986 in Mariupol, Donetsk region. In 2003 he graduated from the Mariupol City Lyceum. From 2003 to 2008 he studied at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, majoring in Information Technology Security.
After receiving the profession, he decided to go into journalism. In 2011, his author's show Durnev + 1 was released on the TET TV channel. Alexey's co-host was Dasha Shi. The show quickly gained wide popularity, but in 2014 it disappeared from the screens. In mid-2012, Alexei became the host of the TV show Goddess of Shopping. In the same 2012, he participated in one of the episodes of the show "Bar Duck".
In 2014, Alexei Durnev put forward his candidacy in the parliamentary elections as a self-nominated candidate. But he failed to be elected to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation.
In 2017, Alexey created his own YouTube channel, where over 700 thousand viewers subscribed to it in five years. Durnev began to release videos about celebrity Instagram profiles. The most popular sections are “Durnev Watches Stories” and “Durnev’s Food”, where the presenter tries different dishes and shares his own feelings.
In 2019, Durnev played a major role in the comedy film Producer.
