Alexey Gennadievich Chupin
At a young age, he played in Izhevsk for the local team "Izhstal", where he made his debut in 1988. He played 224 matches for the Izhevsk team for four seasons, scored 89 points.
From 1992 to 2003, he became a player of the Ak Bars club (formerly Itil) As part of the team, he became the champion of Russia in 1997/1998, and then 7 years later in the 2005/2006 season he became a two-time champion of the Russian Federation.
He also became a silver medalist twice in the season (1999/2000, 2001/2002)
The next two years he played for Dynamo Moscow, where he became the gold medalist of the Russian Championship.
In 1997-1998 he played as a member of the Russian national team.
