Adam Jiwan is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor with twenty years of experience founding, buying and growing innovative companies across a range of industries.
Before founding Spring Labs with his partners John and Anna, Adam acquired control of founder-led companies to continue growing them. He has also seeded or been a v early investor in numerous innovative businesses including Avant, Amount, Draftkings, Skillz, Precision Neuro, Spotlight Therapeutics, Quadrata, among many others.
Adam is currently also Co-Chairman and co-controlling shareholder of Assembly Software, a leading litigation software company that powers over 2,500 plaintiff-focused litigation law firms in the US.
He was also recently co-Founder and co-Chairman of Digital Disbursements prior to its sale in January 2022 to a publicly traded bank.
Prior to this, he was a co-founder and Chairman of Future Finance, a leading European student finance company.
Earlier in his career, Adam served as CEO of Europe & Asia for TPG-Axon, and held roles at Soros Fund Management, The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs.
He is a graduate of Harvard College and is a member of YPO. He resides in Los Angeles, where he is active in a number of philanthropic organizations.
