Naofumi Iwatani lived his boring, unremarkable life, until an amazing event happened: the guy found himself in an alternate universe! As it turned out, he is not the only one so chosen, and three more young men came here with him. Each of the arrivals received a special suit, the capabilities of which will help the recruits save the world from the impending apocalypse. Each of them is a hero in his element. Iwatani was destined to become a Shield Hero, as he received a shield as a weapon.
Many thought that the owner of the shield is the weakest hero After the most worthy refused to become the guy's compaturned out to be a dishonest person, and accused the hero of rape, and even robbed him! And Naofumi decided to take revenge, and two former slaves will help him - a raccoon girl named Raftalia, as well as a monster girl Filo, bought by the hero from a human trafficker. Will Iwatani be able to save the world in the end and become a real Hero?
