Tole bi is one of the compilers of the code of Kazakh laws "Zheti Zhargy" ("Seven Rules"), in which the social and legal norms of Kazakh society were legally fixed.
He died on the territory of the present Tolebi district of the South Kazakhstan region. Buried in the city of Tashkent. A tombstone was erected on the grave.
Districts in the Zhambyl and South Kazakhstan regions, a street in the city of Almaty are named after him.
