Roger has served the mortgage banking industry for 30 years. He joined New American Funding in 2014 to start the Servicing Division. He has held numerous senior and executive level positions with companies such as OneWest Bank, First Magnus Financial and Guaranty Residential.
As Chief Servicing Officer, Roger is responsible for all aspects of mortgage loan servicing. He has managed the growth from 20,000 loans serviced in 2015 to over 240,000 loans today. As New American Funding tracks toward 300,000 loans serviced, Roger will utilize his background in both servicing and origination's operations, increased use of technology, as well as, talent acquisition and development to manage that growth.
In addition to the Certified Mortgage Banker designation earned through the Mortgage Bankers Association, Roger holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas. He currently serves on the Mortgage Advisory Board for Black Knight.
