Oleg Roy (real name - Oleg Yuryevich Rezepkin; born October 12, 1965, Magnitogorsk) - Russian writer, screenwriter, producer and public figure, board member of the Animated Film Association.
Oleg Roy was born on October 12, 1965 in the city of Magnitogorsk. He graduated from the psychological faculty of the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical Institute with a degree in pedagogical psychology. After some time, he left for Switzerland, where he lived for 11 years and took up literature.
He wrote more than 60 novels for adults in various genres: sentimental prose, psychological thriller, fantasy.

According to the Russian Book Chamber, in 2013-2014 Oleg Roy was in the top 10, in 2015-2017 - in the top 20 leaders in Russia among authors of adult fiction in terms of the total annual circulation of published books, and in 2019, he took the 13th place among the most published authors of children's literature in Russia.
Rezepkin began publishing children's literature under his real name in 2003. The first book series was Lyoshik's Adventures.
In 2012, the first books of the children's series "Jingliks" were published, which later became the basis of the popular 3D animated series. Jingliks was purchased by Netflix for broadcast. The animated series of Oleg Roy "Dragon Tosha" is in the top 10 most popular programs of the TV channels "Mult" and "Karusel".
In November 2019, at the MIPCOM exhibition in Cannes, Oleg Roy presented a new 3D animated series "Guardians" about the adventures of the youth members of the future.
In 2020, Great Frame, together with Riki Group, announced 15 adventure animated series based on the works of Oleg Roy.
A number of Oleg Roy's works were filmed - his mystical novel "House Without Exit" was filmed twice - in Russia and in the USA, and the television series "Hindu" based on the novel "Black Cat Smile" in 2011 was nominated at the 51st television festival in Monte Carlo.
Since 2008, for some time he served as vice-president of the Union of Disabled People of Russia.
In 2022, he supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
