Nikolai Boklan (born October 13, 1963, Kyiv, Ukraine) is a Soviet and Ukrainian theater and film actor. People's Artist of Ukraine (2021). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2008). Leading actor of the Kiev Academic Drama and Comedy Theater on the left bank of the Dnieper (1997-2017).
Nikolay Boklan was born on October 13, 1963 in Kyiv.
In 1988 he graduated from the acting department of the Kiev Institute of Theater Arts named after I.K. Karpenko-Kary (course of Boris Stavitsky).
From 1988 to 1997 - an actor of the Kiev Academic Young Theater (until 1995 - the Kyiv Academic Youth Theater), and since 1997 - the Kiev Academic Drama and Comedy Theater on the left bank of the Dnieper.
In 2017, he left the theater due to the adopted law on the transition of theater workers to a mandatory contract basis.
