CFO and Company Secretary
Michael joined Codan in May 2004 as Group Finance Manager and was appointed Company Secretary in May 2008. In September 2009, Michael was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and is responsible for financial control and reporting across the Codan group.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the University of South Australia and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
