Loop Financial Inc., a fintech startup, announced a $4.72 million USD funding round, raising its total equity financing to over $10 million CAD since its 2022 launch. The funding round saw participation from Mistral Venture Partners, Luge Capital, Graphite Ventures, and others. Loop's platform addresses cross-border banking challenges for small to medium-sized businesses by simplifying payments, currency exchange, and treasury management. The new capital will accelerate Loop’s mission of building a global financial services platform. CEO Cato Pastoll highlighted the company's aim to help businesses grow internationally with ease.
