Juliette Rossant is an American author, journalist, and poet. Rossant is best known for her writings about top-grossing celebrity chefs. She worked as a journalist in Istanbul, Paris, Moscow, and Jeddah, writing for newspapers and magazines, including Business Week. She returned to the States and joined Forbes.

She started the "Celebrity Chefs" column in the Forbes annual “Celebrity 100” issue. She then wrote a book called Super Chef, published by Simon & Schuster in 2004, based on a definition she developed from her work at Forbes.

The book includes profiles of six chefs: Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Palmer, Todd English, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, and Tom Colicchio. Rossant developed her book into an online magazine, which is also called Super Chef. She also consults with companies on branding issues related to chefs.
