Inanna's parents were Ningal and Nanna . Her siblings included Utu and Ereshkigal . She also had a child named Shara , who was a god.

Throughout history and in various cultures, Inanna has gone by other names, such as Anahit, Anahita, Aphrodite, and Astarte .
