Doug Adler

Doug has over 20 years’ experience as a trusted strategic advisor and consultant to high-growth companies and their private equity sponsors in the telecom, technology and business services sectors. He most recently was the Managing Partner and Founder of Tusten Advisors where he provided strategic consulting, M&A advisory and capital raisingservices to small and mid-size companies and PE firms across multiple industries. Previously, Doug held progressively more senior roles within TD Securities, the Investment Banking Division of the 2nd largest bank in Canada (TD Canada Trust) and sixth largest bank in the US (TD Bank). He personally advised on $8B+ of M&A assignments, completed $700M+ in private equity and mezzanine placements, financed $20B+ of senior loan and high yield bonds and participated in $7B+ of public equity issuances. Doug co-built two highly profitable TD Investment Banking product groups, Media, Telecom & Technology M&A and Equity Capital Markets.
